I’m updating on the wrong order. Thankfully, they responded back and I was able to get the right photo card in time for my friend’s birthday! (Plus some free goodies which happen to be my friend’s favorites.) They we’re extremely helpful, professional, and took ownership for what happened. As a customer, that itself is appreciated.
