Refund policy
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item please email us at beyondtheshirtshop@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged/incorrect item and we will get a replacement in the mail ASAP. If your item is marked as delivered but you have not received the package, please contact the mail carrier. Please contact us if you have a lost package within 10 days of the expected delivery date and we can replace/refund. This can take 2-5+ weeks while we work with the company to receive the insurance payout.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are unable to replace any damaged items that are more than 30 days out from the date of receipt.
