Shipping policy

We do our best to ship orders within 1-3 business days (M-F). Embroidery items and custom orders can take up to a  week to ship. Orders containing a pre-order item will be held until all items in the order are in-stock. Please check the shipping details on each item's details to see if there are longer shipping times. Heon and I make all the items ourselves, so during busy seasons (near concerts, etc) there may be additional delays. We always do our best to communicate delays or slowdowns via email to existing orders. I also usually post general shop announcements on our Instagram Stories.

 

We cannot control delays once the package has been handed over to the post office or UPS, so please allow for extra time for your items to be delivered. If your item has tracking and the tracking hasn't been updated for multiple days, please send us an email at beyondtheshirtshop@gmail.com and we will do our best to help you!

With our new international options, international packages are now shipping with duties and customs pre paid! No more surprise costs at customs. The shipping times have also reduced for most countries and packages are now delivered within 1-2 weeks~. You can add items to your cart and go to the cart summary page. After entering your address you can see the shipping options, costs, and ETAs. Please keep an eye on the insurance offered as well. Email us if you'd like to add additional insurance to your order.

If you think your package has been lost please email us at beyondtheshirtshop@gmail.com with your order number and we will do our best to help! For most domestic packages (eg USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority, UPS Ground - this includes our free shipping) there is $100 in included insurance. If your order value exceeds that you can add additional insurance by emailing us. Please contact us if you have a lost package within 10 days of the expected delivery date and we can start the process to get it replaced/refunded. This can take 2-4+ weeks while we work with the company to receive the insurance payout. Please note, if the package is marked as delivered it's not possible to file for insurance.
