Good Product, Poor Order Note Handling

The shirt itself is really nice quality. The base has a nice weight, the print is good, and it feels overall well-made. On that front, I have no complaints.

Unfortunately, I’m disappointed with how my order notes were handled. I understand this is a mystery box and that specific designs can’t be guaranteed, but the description mentions listing designs you already own so they can give you a unique one, which suggests some level of flexibility. I asked for a dark or black shirt due to a medical condition (hyperhidrosis), as I can’t wear light colors without sweat showing. A large number of the options are black, so I felt this was a reasonable accommodation request. Despite this, I received a light-colored shirt, which means I can’t actually wear what I purchased. 🙁

I’ll likely gift the shirt to a friend since it’s not usable for me and is a nice design, but the experience was still disappointing.
