Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are agreeing for us to collect the cost up front and use those crowd-sourced funds to pay for the production of the item. When you purchase a pre-order item, you agreed at the time of purchase that you understood that there are no cancellations on pre-order items. Because we use the money raised during pre-orders to pay for the production of the items, allowing cancellations puts future pre-orders at risk. Please only participate in a pre-order if you are willing to wait until the specified date to receive your order.
