In order to enjoy your heated plushie for a long time it’s important to treat the zipper with care.
Only zip the plushie once the heated pouch is fully inserted and there is plenty of room for the zipper to close comfortably.
Zippers aren’t meant to pull the fabric together, their only job should be to zip closed. Trying to force the zipper can cause tearing in the zipper fabric which will make the zipper unusable.
We are checking every zipper before we send it out to make sure it meets our quality standards. We are not responsible for zippers that rip because of improper care.
Heat the pouch for 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes, depending on the power of your microwave. The warmth will last for about 1 hour or longer.

🐸 Sept 13-Sept 27 - Funding period! Characters much reach a minimum number of order to go into production. Orders placed during this time will receive a bonus acrylic photo card holder for free!
🦌 Sept 27-Nov 1 - Sample Production. I’m allowing plenty of time for the samples to make sure we can get each plushie perfect
🐰 Nov 1 - Dec 10 - Crafting the plushies with love. Production time varies but will take a little over a month!
🐱Dec 10 - Feb 30 - Shipping for plushies. While this process usually takes only ~30 days I’m allowing some extra time because of the holidays, winter weather, etc! I’ll communicate to all pre-order customers via email during this process so you’ll know more as they get closer to arriving!

🎀 Optional Scented Element - As requested, we’re doing a lavender-scented option OR an unscented option. These will be kept separate during shipping and storage to prevent cross-contamination*. You can opt for the lavender-scented option or stick with unscented! Since the pouch is removable, you can always add your own scents!
☁️ Made with extremely soft and fluffy fur (shown in the video). So cuddly and sensory friendly as the pouch is almost undetectable when inside the plushie!

Ordered the Kimja heated plushie as a gift for a friend. It has good weight to it and noticeable-but-not-overwhelming lavender scent prior to heating the weighted pack. The plushie was well put together; you just have to take your time when using the zipper so it doesn't get caught on the fur.
